Sign Our Suburban
October, 2016
Tradition Auto Group would like to thank everyone that participated in our “Sign Our Suburban” poll. With the help of our loyal customers we were able to raise $3,470. “We are excited to donate to such an amazing organization. The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester is the only full-scope independently operated organization focused specifically on breast cancer in the Greater Rochester Region. This means that 100% of the proceeds raised will go back into our community”, says Co-Owner/Operator Makis Hodge. Every car sold AND every signature received from the “Sign our Suburban” campaign, was contributed to the donation.

The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester’s mission is to provide support to those touched by a diagnosis of breast cancer, to make access to information and care a priority through education and advocacy, and to empower women and men to participate fully in decisions relating to breast cancer.

Geneva's 16th Annual Cruisin’ Night & Block Party

The Tradition stores were a proud sponsor of Geneva's 16th Annual Cruisin’ Night & Block Party on Friday, July 22nd, in beautiful Downtown Geneva. The event is hosted every year by the Geneva Business Improvement District. Cruisin' Night is Geneva's largest annual event and is located at the Heart of the Finger Lakes. The eventful evening consisted of showcasing cars, trucks, motorcycles, live music, food, activities for children, and more. The event was a huge success and brought out thousands of people and over 200 enthusiasts from all over the greater Finger Lakes region. The Tradition booth was the place to be! A jar was filled with 217 lug nuts and people had a chance to guess how many lug nuts were in the jar. Congrats to the winner, Ms. Evette Cure, who guessed 215 lug nuts! The proceeds from this event went towards the Beautification of the Geneva District, which includes hanging baskets, street maintenance, and flower bed maintenance.

The Tradition stores were a proud sponsor of the Geneva Boys & Girls Club 20th Annual Golf Classic. It was a beautiful summer day at the Silver Creek Golf Course. With over 100 golfers participating in the tournament, Lyons National Bank was able to come out on top with the win. Check out Dario Hodge - Owner of Tradition Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Makis Hodge - Owner of Tradition Chevrolet, Chad Lahr - Owner of Community Proud Apparel, and Dana Newman - Owner of Dana's Time Out. All proceeds from the tournament were donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Geneva.

Laurel House 5K Walk/Run

On Saturday June 11, 2016 Tradition Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC and Tradition Chevrolet dealerships, had the honor of participating in the 2016 Laurel House 5K Walk/Run. The run took place at the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Newark, New York. Owner of Tradition Newark, Dario Hodge, was the official starter for the race. Proceeds of this race will benefit Laurel House Comfort Care Home. Laurel House is a comfort care home where residents spend their final days, at no cost to themselves or others, in a highly supportive, warm, and compassionate environment, surrounded by loved ones and a kind-hearted staff and volunteers who attend to their needs. The race was a great success. With about 80 runners, the organization was able to raise over $3,000.
2016 Life After 5 Ramada Geneva Lakefront

On Friday June 10, 2016 Tradition Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC and Tradition Chevrolet dealerships, partnered with Ramada Geneva Lakefront as a sponsor in “Live After 5.” Live After 5 is a summer concert series that takes place every Friday night. It’s a great place to enjoy musical performances from not only local, but national bands. Flint Creek performed as guest were able to relax by Seneca Lake at the Ramada Lakefront.
