I was welcomed when I got to dealership by a pleasant sales person. I informed him of what car I was interested in. He made arrangements for me to do a test drive. On a later day we worked out trade in value and price to pay excluding GM card points, and discounts. Settled on total, how much I would provide and gave them a down payment. Made arrangements to finalize the deal and pick up my new Blazer.

Staff was very accommodating! Explained upfront & let me know immediately that I would not be able to do a wheel alignment due to equipment issues. I will do it next month with my NYSI. They pointed out needed work--without being pushy. They used the aids available to demonstrate why the work was necessary. Very positive interactions!

The price we payed for the original quote was correct. However we needed another part as well. We were there a total of 2 hours which the original quote had put in for charges. When adding the other part that was needed which was around 161 dollars, I was charged over 290 to install it. I feel that was unfair of a charge to install it. I most likely won't go back there.

not a good visit, cost over 1000.00 to get out the door, wasn't there 2 hrs, but was charged more than a 2 hr fee. said tires were rotated and i asked that they check all the air pressures when they did, neither was ever touched, (Tires with low pressure were in the same spots). asked about labor charge and was told it took an hour to diagnose the problem, funny, but less than me being there an hour they told me the problem, so they changed oil, and did an inspection on the truck, and diagnosed problem in less than hour, and then had repairs done in 40 minutes. something doesn't add up.

Integrity means a great deal to me. I feel very taken advantage of. I feel very discouraged and disheartened. I am disappointed in myself.

Brought in for oil change and on inspection they recommended replacing the brakes due to wear and tear. Brake job was able to be done the same day. Good service.

There was a slow leak in the driver's side rear tire due to a roofing nail in the tire.. The dealership did not have a tire in stock and would have one the next day. I left the car on Tues. Oct. 14 and was told I would receive a call on Wed. Oct. 15 when the car was done. It got to be 3:30 pm and no phone call. I called the dealership and was transferred to Service 3 times and no answer. I left a message with Doug who answered the phone. He called me back and said he could not find anything out about my car. He wanted to know if it was at Newark instead of Geneva. I told him I had dropped the car off yesterday at the Geneva dealership. Doug then put Jeff from service on the phone, and Jeff said they would start working on the car right now and pick it up at 5 pm. The service was done at 5 pm, and I picked up my car.

I was happy with the service department. Staff is always friendly and courteous. My concerns were addressed my issues I was there to have fixed.

My salesman, David was very attentive and helpful. He found the exact vehicle that I was looking for. Was very patient and helpful in showing me all of the new (to me) features. He had everything ready for an easy pickup, and has followed up to make sure that I am happy. I chose this dealership because I had used their Service Department before, and was very impressed with them.

I usually go to a sister store closer to my home but they were unable to work with me and get me what I wanted at a price I was able to afford. This dealership went above and beyond to get me in a new vehicle. They heard me and did everything they could to meet me where I was at. I would recommend this dealership and its sales team to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I brought my 2019 Silverado in for a "Shift to Park" message on the dashboard. I know that certain GM models were recalled for this issue but for some reason the Silverado trucks were not included. The fix seems to be to replace a part in the shifter that could not guarantee the solution for upwards of $1,000. After some research, I found a solution that involved putting a zip tie around the switch that controls the Shift to Park message to close the contact. I realize that means the truck could technically be turned off while not in park, the alternative was that stupid message, ringing chimes, and being unable to walk away and lock my doors because the truck didn't know it was in park. I asked your service team to put a zip tie around the sensor within the shifter column and the problem has now disappeared. I appreciate the team's willingness to work with me on a YouTube solution that a.) solved the problem and b.) saved me around $800 bucks on a different solution that was not guaranteed.

An outstanding experience .. Nate did a great job and his overall knowledge of the Chevy product line is incredible. He was extremely polite, showed me all the features of the truck, provided guidance on operation of some new features, set up my ONSTAR ACCOUNT along with my Sirius account. He also showed me the service department and their key leaders there. Provided me with a full tank of gas also. From the Finance Manager through to the salesman a 1st class experience. Thank You to them all.

Outstanding work

I was looking for a Trailblazer for my mother in-law. Pete work very hard finding a Trailblazer for her, I believe he found the perfect one, she is very pleased.

Quick service, was told it was going to be an hour, I was out within 35-40 mins.

Schedule a service online, the process was simple. Once arriving to the dealership, the receptionist was very welcoming and helped me with my scheduled service. Very happy with my visit.

I had in for service and asked them to check on the issue with the lift gate. They replaced the switch and the latch. Two weeks later were back to the dealer because the lift gate was not working properly. They said it was the fuse box and I had them replace it. I was not happy about not getting a credit back for the lift gate latch as it was not the problem. It appears to me that they don’t have a technician that knows what they’re doing. I guess they are just throwing parts on in hopes that they get the right one. I don’t mind paying for good quality service, but I feel like paying for a parts changer instead of a technician. I will be looking for a new service shop for my future repairs. Hopefully I can find a decent dealer that actually has a decent technician that knows what they are doing.
