not a good visit, cost over 1000.00 to get out the door, wasn't there 2 hrs, but was charged more than a 2 hr fee. said tires were rotated and i asked that they check all the air pressures when they did, neither was ever touched, (Tires with low pressure were in the same spots). asked about labor charge and was told it took an hour to diagnose the problem, funny, but less than me being there an hour they told me the problem, so they changed oil, and did an inspection on the truck, and diagnosed problem in less than hour, and then had repairs done in 40 minutes. something doesn't add up.

I have to say that the service department representative Terry was terrific on my last visit with Tradition Chevrolet. I have dealt with her mostly through the years with my vehicles. Always enjoyed working with her.

I brought my 2019 Silverado in for a "Shift to Park" message on the dashboard. I know that certain GM models were recalled for this issue but for some reason the Silverado trucks were not included. The fix seems to be to replace a part in the shifter that could not guarantee the solution for upwards of $1,000. After some research, I found a solution that involved putting a zip tie around the switch that controls the Shift to Park message to close the contact. I realize that means the truck could technically be turned off while not in park, the alternative was that stupid message, ringing chimes, and being unable to walk away and lock my doors because the truck didn't know it was in park. I asked your service team to put a zip tie around the sensor within the shifter column and the problem has now disappeared. I appreciate the team's willingness to work with me on a YouTube solution that a.) solved the problem and b.) saved me around $800 bucks on a different solution that was not guaranteed.

Brought in for oil change and on inspection they recommended replacing the brakes due to wear and tear. Brake job was able to be done the same day. Good service.

There was a slow leak in the driver's side rear tire due to a roofing nail in the tire.. The dealership did not have a tire in stock and would have one the next day. I left the car on Tues. Oct. 14 and was told I would receive a call on Wed. Oct. 15 when the car was done. It got to be 3:30 pm and no phone call. I called the dealership and was transferred to Service 3 times and no answer. I left a message with Doug who answered the phone. He called me back and said he could not find anything out about my car. He wanted to know if it was at Newark instead of Geneva. I told him I had dropped the car off yesterday at the Geneva dealership. Doug then put Jeff from service on the phone, and Jeff said they would start working on the car right now and pick it up at 5 pm. The service was done at 5 pm, and I picked up my car.

An outstanding experience .. Nate did a great job and his overall knowledge of the Chevy product line is incredible. He was extremely polite, showed me all the features of the truck, provided guidance on operation of some new features, set up my ONSTAR ACCOUNT along with my Sirius account. He also showed me the service department and their key leaders there. Provided me with a full tank of gas also. From the Finance Manager through to the salesman a 1st class experience. Thank You to them all.

I usually go to a sister store closer to my home but they were unable to work with me and get me what I wanted at a price I was able to afford. This dealership went above and beyond to get me in a new vehicle. They heard me and did everything they could to meet me where I was at. Got an oil change (8 quart) and tire rotation plus they replaced a rusted grounding strap (warranty item) for $77.07 tax included with a $20 coupon that I received in the mail.

Great, easy and pretty straight forward. Met my needs without trying to oversell.

My salesman, David was very attentive and helpful. He found the exact vehicle that I was looking for. Was very patient and helpful in showing me all of the new (to me) features. He had everything ready for an easy pickup, and has followed up to make sure that I am happy. I chose this dealership because I had used their Service Department before, and was very impressed with them.

At first i wasn't sure but now i'm sure i made the right decision to purchase the new Trailblazer it is very nice and with alot of safety features to the vehicle and NATE the sales person was a great help and helping me out thank you all.

I had in for service and asked them to check on the issue with the lift gate. They replaced the switch and the latch. Two weeks later were back to the dealer because the lift gate was not working properly. They said it was the fuse box and I had them replace it. I was not happy about not getting a credit back for the lift gate latch as it was not the problem. It appears to me that they don’t have a technician that knows what they’re doing. I guess they are just throwing parts on in hopes that they get the right one. I don’t mind paying for good quality service, but I feel like paying for a parts changer instead of a technician. I will be looking for a new service shop for my future repairs. Hopefully I can find a decent dealer that actually has a decent technician that knows what they are doing.

Times of availability for booking appt weren’t great when I booked, but received great amount in of cooperation and help in getting an earlier appt and wait time was only about 1 hour. Only wish they spent a little time cleaning up the vehicle inside and out for the price charged. Would’ve been a great service that I’ve received at other dealerships.

I absolutely loved my tradition purchase experience. Rich Pertus my person Car Dealer(I've adopted him as my personal dealer) was so amazing! He was genuine and professional. I had a lot of questions about things that I was just un-knowledgable about and he put all those questions to rest. He was extremely thorough and made sure there was clarity and understanding! When it's time to upgrade I will certainly return! And I Can't wait to promote and tell all my friends where they should go to purchase! Kyle was also a major contribution to the comfort and sale.
